- Prepare 300 grams Smoked Salmon
- Take 3 Leeks
- Use 1/2 cup Rice per Person
- Get 1 bunch Chives

- Provide 1/2 lemon

- Preheat oven to 190℃
- Chop leeks into small pieces, add to a small roasting dish.
