The ingredients needed to prepare Roast Lamb with Potatoes:
- Provide 1 kg lamb shoulder or leg
- Take 1 kg small potatoes
- You need 6 garlic cloves, sliced
- Prepare 80 ml olive oil
- Take Juice of 1 to t and 1/2 lemon
- Use 2 Bay leaves
- Get to taste Ground black pepper
- Prepare 200 ml white wine
- Prepare 1 tbsp pimento paste
