- Take 1 medium halal chicken rince and drain and marinate
- Get Marinate:ginger garlic salt,tumeric,pepper/chilli(optional)
- Take 1 large lemon juice(Some to add in sauce at the end)
- Get Garnish with corriander mixed peppers,red onion
- Get sauce:stlk rem from chicken,2 tbspn watr,1-2 tbspn plain flour
Steps to make Lemon chicken:
- Rince nicely chicken and make deep slights(and reduce thick pieces by slicing as needed)Marinate chicken with about 4 or 5 spices only(1tablespoon ginger,1 teaspoon garlic,1and half teaspoon salt,half teaspoon tumeric powder, 1 tspn chilli,or pepper flakes(optional),for about 2 hours or preferably more if have time (or leave in fridge overnight)…
- Then arrange in pan like in pic and in low medium heat cook until clear fluids on chicken bones.then add juice of 1 medium lemon,remove pitseeds
- Stir the checken by turning them over and around from edges and centre.Remove chicken when cooked check it is cooked properly..Then now to the remaining liquids from chicken itself,add bit more lemon if prefer very lemony..or any other seasoning that may be lacking abit,then now add a table spoon of flour of choice InshaAllah.here aded was plain flour..sitr well until nice and thick…note this sauce does thicken over time when temperature lowers so try not make it too thick while cooking and
