- Take 20 pcs chicken wings
- Prepare 2 tbls apple cider vinegar
- Take 1/2 tbls cayenne pepper
- Provide to taste Salt
- Provide 1 tbls butter
- Provide 3 tbls finely chopped garlic
- Prepare 1/4 cup lemon/lime juice
- Use 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
- You need 2 tbls vegetable oil for cooking wings
Instructions to make Lemon Garlic wings:
- Clean and wash wings and set aside
- In a bowl, add the wings and mix in the vinegar, 1 tbls garlic, cayenne pepper and salt. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes
- If you choose to cook the wings in the airfryer, then preheat the air fryer and add vegetable oil to the wings and mix well. Cook according to airfryer instructions
- If you choose to cook the wings in the oven, arrange the wings on a parchment paper over a baking sheet, brush half the oil over the wings and grill for 15-20 minutes (200 degrees Celsius). Remove from oven, flip the wings and brush the rest of the oil on the other side. Return into the oven and continue grilling for another 15-20 minutes or until wings are cooked through

- To prepare the sauce, melt butter in frying pan and sauté the rest of the garlic until golden and fragrant. Reduce the heat and add in the lemon juice and cilantro. Mix and turn heat off and set aside
- Remove the wings and place in a serving bowl. Generously drizzle the sauce over the wings and mix to combine.
- Allow to rest before serving it warm.
