The ingredients needed to prepare Lemon Idli - Lemony inside out:
  1. You need Idli batter - for 12 idlis
  2. Prepare 6 tsp Lemon juice -
  3. Get 2 Green chillies -
  4. Take 1/2 tsp Ginger powder -
  5. Provide 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds -
  6. Use 1/2 tsp Pepper corns -
  7. Take 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder -
  8. Use Coriander leaves - finely chopped
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp Oil / Ghee -
Instructions to make Lemon Idli - Lemony inside out:
  1. Mix with idli batter, lemon juice, chopped green chillies, ginger powder, turmeric powder and coriander leaves. Add required salt to idli batter if you have not already added it. In a small kadai, heat oil / ghee and add cumin seeds and pepper corns. When they start to crackle, turn off the stove and add it to the idli batter.
