The ingredients needed to prepare Lemon Rice:
  1. Prepare 2 cup Cooked Rice
  2. Provide 2 Tbsp Peanuts
  3. You need 8-10 leaves Curry leaves
  4. Prepare 1 tsp Rai
  5. Use 1 tsp Grated Ginger
  6. Take as per taste Salt
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp Haldi

Steps to make Lemon Rice:
  1. Heat oil. Add peanuts and roast till light golden on low flame. Take it out in a plate.
  2. Now add rai, curry leaves,dry chillies, hing and stir. Be quick at this step. When rai crackles add ginger and green chillies.
  3. Now add haldi, salt and red chilli powder. Now add rice and stir properly so that rice are coated with all masala. Cook for 2 min.
  4. Now add roasted peanuts and mix. Switch off gas and add lemon juice. Mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
