The ingredients needed to prepare Lemon Rice:
- Prepare 2 cup Cooked Rice
- Provide 2 Tbsp Peanuts
- You need 8-10 leaves Curry leaves
- Prepare 1 tsp Rai
- Use 1 tsp Grated Ginger
- Take as per taste Salt
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Haldi
- Take 2 Dry chillies

Steps to make Lemon Rice:
- Heat oil. Add peanuts and roast till light golden on low flame. Take it out in a plate.
- Now add rai, curry leaves,dry chillies, hing and stir. Be quick at this step. When rai crackles add ginger and green chillies.
- Now add haldi, salt and red chilli powder. Now add rice and stir properly so that rice are coated with all masala. Cook for 2 min.
- Now add roasted peanuts and mix. Switch off gas and add lemon juice. Mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
