The ingredients needed to make My Roast Lamb:
- Take 1 large leg of lamb
- Take 1 little Salt
- Prepare 1 tbls mint sauce
Instructions to make My Roast Lamb:
- Rinse under cold water, then add it to a roasting dish with a rack lifting it off the bottom.
- Rub the salt in all over and add the mint sauce and rub that in add it to a roasting dish with a rack to catch the lamb stock
- Cook in a medium heated oven for 60 minutes. Then turn high heat not top high for 15 minutes.
- Add the juices to a saucepan and make your gravy.
- Serve hot or cold but much nicer Hot
