  3. After cooling down dish out the khaman in a plate and add tadka
  4. For tadka take a small pan add one tea spoon oil, add mustard and cumin seeds,curry leaves then add chopped green chillies
  5. Add sugar and water and give it a good boil
  6. In last add coriander leaves also you can add fresh grated coconut.
  7. This is sweet version of khaman.if you dont like sweet version then sugar and water not required.
