- Provide 1/2 table spoon sooji

Instructions to make Khaman dhokla(sweet version):
- Mix besan sooji, salt,sugar, oil and make a batter by adding little water and consistency should be normal.
- Add eno fruit salt in last and put the batter in khaman pan and cook it for 8-10 minuts on medium to high flame
- After cooling down dish out the khaman in a plate and add tadka
- For tadka take a small pan add one tea spoon oil, add mustard and cumin seeds,curry leaves then add chopped green chillies
- Add sugar and water and give it a good boil
- In last add coriander leaves also you can add fresh grated coconut.
- This is sweet version of khaman.if you dont like sweet version then sugar and water not required.
