- You need 1 cup gram flour
- Take 1 cup rice flour
- Get 1/4 cup corn flour
- Take 4 tsp red chilli powder
- Get 4 tsp chat masala
- Prepare 2 tsp jeera(cumin) powder
- Provide 2 tsp coriander powder
- Prepare 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- Prepare to taste Salt
- Take 200 gm bhindi/lady finger
- Get 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Get 3 tsp curd / lemon juice of (1lemon)
- Prepare As needed Oil to cook
Instructions to make Crispy bhindi:
- Mix all the flour mentioned above and add red chilli powder+chat masala+jeera powder+coriander powder+ turmericpowder+salt as per taste. Mix them well
- Chop bhendi each into 4-5 thin long pieces after cleaning it. Add ginger garlic paste+ a little of (hand full)of rice flour+ curd or lemon juice and mix it. Add the mix flour masala mixture in breaks and mix in every step. Add only mix flour till it is required rest keep it as such. It can be used for potato chips recipe later.
- Heat oil in kadai and then on medium flame put the bendi blend after shredding extra flour in oil. Cook till krispy golden brown.
