The ingredients needed to make Instant Dhokla:
- Use 2 cups besan
- Prepare 2 tbsp ginger paste
- You need 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Take 2-3 Green chiles
- Prepare Few curry leaves
- Provide Pinch hing
- You need 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- Use as required Salt, sugar oil and fruit salt
- You need 1 tbsp curd and lemon juice
- Take as required chopped coriander leaves
Steps to make Instant Dhokla:
- First, take the besan, add salt, lemon juice, ginger paste, sugar and curd. Mix them well. Now add water to make a batter. Now in a small bowl take 2 teaspoons of oil add 1 teaspoon of fruit salt. Mix it with the batter and instantly pour it into the mould. Micro for 2 mins.
- Now for the tadka in a kadai add oil, the mustard seeds hing, curry leaves, green chiles. Add water then add salt and sugar. Let the sugar melt add chopped coriander leaves. Now put this on the dhokla cut and serve it with green chutney or peanut or coconut chutney.
