- Take 1 cup leftover boiled rice
- Provide 3/4-1 cup leftover refried beans
- You need 1/2 cup sour cream..made from hung curd,lemon juice
- Take 1/2 cup tomato-onion salsa(uncooked)
- You need As needed Grated cheese
- Take 1-2 tsp Spring onion
- Use As needed Crushed nachos chips
Steps to make Burittos Bowl:
- To make sour cream..add 1cup of hung curd add 2tsp lemon juice and salt pepper to taste. To make tomato onion salsa….mix one cup chopped tomato and 1/2cup chopped onion add salt,and chilli flakes. Reheat Leftover rice and refried beans.
- In two Glass Serving bowls..add reheated boiled rice(1/2cup in each) and press it with back of spoon.
- Now spread reheated refried beans.1/2 cup in each on pressed rice.
- Now spread sour cream.1/8cup in each instead refried beans layer.
- Sprinkle 1/4cup of tomato-onion salsa on spread sour cream.
- Sprinkle chopped spring onion white and green,grated cheese and garnish with crush nachos chips.. Serve immediately.
