- You need Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup as required Cream 2 tbs

- Cut chicken fillets into cubes. - - In bowl,add chicken boneless cubes,white pepper powder,ginger garlic paste,cream,cumin seeds,salt green chilies,yogurt,lemon juice,mix well and marinate for 2 hours.
- In grill pan,add cooking oil and marinated chicken,grill until done & set aside.
- Give a charcoal smoke for 2 minutes & set aside.
