  2. You need 1/2 lime, juiced
  3. Take 50 g salted peanuts, slightly crushed
  4. You need 1 bunch fresh coriander
  5. Use 4 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
  6. Provide 1 tablespoon honey
  7. Take 4 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  8. Use 1 head broccoli, chopped

  10. Provide Egg noodles, 2 nests
  11. Prepare 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.
  2. In a bowl, lightly crush the peanuts and add a handful of chopped coriander. Mix together and set aside for later.
