- Get 1 cup corn(frozen)/fresh boiled
- Take 3 cup coconut milk
- You need 1/4 tea spoonblack pepper powder
- Use to taste Salt
- Use 1 tsp grated ginger
- Prepare 1 teaspoon dry shredded coconut
- Take 1 spoon coconut oil
- Provide 2 lemon grass leaves chopped
- Take 1/2 tea spoon chilli flakes

- Take thick pan.. heat 1 spoon coconut oil.. add chopped lemon grass..(or u can use the paste of lemongrass)add corn.
- Now stir well.. cook 1 minute. Now add ginger and black pepper
- Cook again 1 min.. now add 1 cup coconut milk. Cook For 7-10 mints..boil on a small flame.add dry coconut.cooked well until it becomes thick…
