- Get 3 lb To 4 lb whole chicken
- Take 4 clove Garlic, minced
- Provide 4 tbsp Butter, softened
- Get 2 tsp Lemongrass paste
- Prepare 1 tsp Rosemary
- Take 1 pinch Salt and pepper
