  2. Take 4 Chicken fillets diced
  3. Prepare 50 g Small pack Lardner (tiny chopped smoked pork belly)
  4. Use 1 tbls Chilli oil
  5. Get 1/2 tsp Garlic Granuals
  6. Prepare 1 Tin Chunky chopped Tomatoes
  7. Use 2 inch square piece of Chedder Cheese
  8. Use 1 Chicken stock cube crumbled in
  9. Get 1 good pinch black pepper
  10. Get 5 drops hot Pepper Sauce
  11. Use 1 tbls fresh Basil
  12. Use 1 little grated cheese on top to finish

  1. Add the pasta shells to boiling salt water. Add the chilli oil to a frying pan and heat up add the chopped chicken.
  2. Fry until all coloured 5 minutes. Next add the chopped Tomatoes and mix in.chicken stock.
  3. Cook for 2 minutes then add the Garlic granuals, Chilli granuals, basil and mix in.
  4. Next add the Grated Cheese stir until melted in then add the drops of hot pepper Sauce.
  5. Simmer for 4 minutes. Next drain off the pasta shell water add to a bowl then add the Chicken mix and mix all together. Add to serving bowls then grate a little cheese on top to melt.
  6. Serve Hot or Cold.
