Before you jump to Vegan lasagne recipe, you may want to read this short interesting healthy tips about Choosing Fast Food That’s Good For You.

Almost each and every “get healthy” and “weight loss” posting you study will tell you to skip the drive through and make all of your meals yourself. This is really very true. Occasionally, though, the last thing you choose is to have to prepare meals from scratch. Sometimes you just want to hit the drive through along the way home and call it a day. There is simply no reason that you simply shouldn’t be able to do this once in a while and be free of the guilt usually associated with “diet slips”. This is because many of the famous fast food restaurants on the market are trying to “healthy up” their menus. Here’s how it is possible to eat healthfully when you are at a fast food restaurant.

Select a drive through at a restaurant which is known for catering to people with healthier palates. For instance, Arby’s won’t provide hamburgers. Instead it is possible to select from roast beef sandwiches, salads, wraps and other healthier items. Wendy’s, whilst no stranger to the hamburger, also includes plenty of alternative meal choices: large salads, large baked potatoes and other tasty items fill its menu. Not all fast food locations are as unhealthy as McDonalds with its deep fried every little thing.

Logic says that one the simplest way to stay balanced is to avoid the drive through and never eat fast food. Most of the time this is a good idea but if you make great choices, there’s no reason you can’t visit your drive through from time to time. Often what you require most is just to have somebody else do the cooking. If you choose healthy things, the guilt usually associated with hitting the drive through shouldn’t be so bad.

*We hope you got insight from reading it, now let’s go back to vegan lasagne recipe. To make vegan lasagne you need 17 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you cook it. *

The ingredients needed to cook Vegan lasagne:
  1. Use 8 lasagne sheets
  2. Provide 1 1/2 pints plant milk (I used oat)
  3. Get 3 tablespoons vegan butter
  4. You need 2 tablespoons plain flour
  5. Use 1 onion
  6. Use 1 tin tomatoes or passata
  7. Take 1 courgette
  8. Get A few mushroons
  9. Take 3 tomatoes
  10. Provide Vegan mince or lentils
  11. Use 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  12. Get 1 tablespoon mustard
  13. Prepare leaf Bay
  14. You need 1 clove garlic
  15. Use Breadcrumbs or vegan Parmesan
  16. Take Green beans (I used frozen)
  17. Take Peppers (I used frozen)
Steps to make Vegan lasagne:
  1. Melt the butter, stir in the flour on a low heat for couple of minutes and gradually whisk in the plant milk. Keep stirring and it will thicken. Take off the heat and stir in the nutritional yeast and mustard. This is how I would make a normal cheese sauce but with plant-based ingredients.
  2. Chop the veg and cook in a little oil. Add the vegan mince or lentil. Add the chopped tomatoes, garlic and herbs and bring to a simmer.
  3. Prepare the lasagne by adding a layer of the tomato and veg, a layer of lasagne and a layer of white sauce. Top with bread crumbs or vegan Parmesan and herbs.
  4. Bake in an oven for around 35 minutes at 200c. I served in individual dishes with a side salad 😊
