  1. You need 500 grams bacon
  2. You need 2 tbsp olive oil
  3. Provide 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
  4. Get 3 medium carrots, peeled and sliced

  6. Get 1 bunch leeks, sliced

  5. Remove the pot from the heat. Season with salt and pepper. Pulse until smooth using a hand blender or liquidizer. Divide between your serving bowls and sprinkle the rest of the bacon on top.
