The ingredients needed to make Sig's leftover chips and beans fritata :)):
- Prepare 1 cold leftover baked beans
- You need 1 leftover cold chips (fries)
- Prepare Salt and preferred seasonings like smoked paprika etc.
- Take 2 eggs per person
- Get 1 tbsp cooking oil for each fritata or a spray just so the fritata will not stick to pan
