The ingredients needed to make Lamb stew:
  1. You need 1 kg lamb ribs cut into small pieces
  2. Use 1 tblspn tomato paste
  3. Prepare 1 cup crushed tomatoes
  4. Prepare 3 tblspn plain flour
  5. You need 2 tblspn sunflower oil
  6. Prepare 1 large yellow onion diced
  7. Get 3 cloves chopped garlic
  8. Use 1 tspn pepper

  10. Get 2 tspn ground paprika

  12. Provide 1 tspn mild chilli powder
Instructions to make Lamb stew:
  1. In a large bowl with lamb, season with salt and pepper add flour and combine to coat every piece. Meanwhile heat a cast iron pot and add oil to it.
  2. Add lamb pieces to the pot in batches to brown each side of every piece, roughly 2minutes each side. Repeat the process until the last batch and remove to set aside.
  3. In the same pot, add garlic and cook for 60seconds. Next add diced onions and cook until browned.
