- Prepare 1/2 box lasagne sheets
- Take 500 grams mince
- Get 2 large carrots
- Get 1 clove garlic
- Take 250 grams sliced mushrooms
- Prepare 15 ml olive oil
- Use 250 ml white sauce
- Provide 100 grams tomato paste
- Prepare 1 can tomato and onion mix

- Dice onion and crush garlic clove
- Heat olive oil in medi saucepan and fry onions garlic and mince until brown.

- leave mince to simmer on low heat. Add a little water if too stodgy
- preheat oven to 180ºC
- For the white sauce you can just use the packet mix. Alternatively make your own but I don't have the correct measurements.
- lightly grease a large rectangular dish
- Layer sauce, mince and lasagne sheets in that order. Aim to get at least three layers.
- End off with the top layer being white sauce. cover with the cheese
- bake for about 20min. use a fork to test that lasagne cooked through
