The ingredients needed to make Creamy Leek and Potato Soup:
  1. Get 4 Leeks, chopped
  2. Prepare 2 medium potatoes diced
  3. You need 1 bulb of Garlic finely sliced
  4. Take onion medium finely sliced
  5. You need 900 ml hot stock (chicken or vegetable) use a couple of cubes
  6. Provide 200 ml Whole fat milk
  7. Get Olive oil or spray low calorie oil
  8. Provide Salt and Pepper
Instructions to make Creamy Leek and Potato Soup:
  1. Using a large pan place on a medium heat, spray or drizzle with oil.  Throw in the leeks to gently soften.
